Grill must have been dropped a lot. Lots of damages to parts that I had to straighten out to be able to put together. Was supposed to be shipped in a Walmart box because this was a gift. It was not. Box looked like it had been dropped. Grill was damaged and not usable.

I like the product but when it arrive it was damaged on all the products I call Walmart and because I bought it online they would not do anything for me no refund no return

I received the grill with most parts dented upon asking customer service for options they are not able to help. Spent 3 hours installing the item just asking for replacement with free installation but the person I spoke to is so slow in responding she kept repeating herself without helping me out.
