T.V was cracked. Couldn't tell you about the picture because after ordering, picking up and returning 2 different T.V's that were both shipped already broken( box was not damaged) I never got to turn one on. Refurbished should say maybe we will send you one that works, but probably not.

Rather, rather still damaged. screen was cracked/torn when prior to removing from the refurbished undamaged box, obviously it never was refurbished to begin with, buyers beware!
