It looks brand new, it was securely packaged for transport. It has great picture, I do wish the volume were a little louder though, sometimes depending on what I'm doing I have to turn it up to 70 out of 100

Only had it a few days but so far I really like it and couldn't beat the size for the price and the picture is pretty clear and bold. Many features. The only thing I dislike is the base it has two "legs" that it sits on at each end and I prefer the single base at the middle because you can sit it...

I was afraid of the word "refurbished " but took a chance because the price was outstanding. I knew LG was a good product so I went for it. So far it exceeds my expectations. So happy with the picture, sound, all of the functions. No problems at all.

I bought it on line and it was delivered 5 days later on good condition. I installed it and it is so amazing to see numbers on hockey players jerseys an to finally see the puck and the goals marked! Terrific and no regrets!
