      Spent 5 hours on the phone with comcast support as well as Arris support with no success. The gateway is listed by Comcast as being compatible but I found differently.       It came used and opened. No way to connect the seller for an actual new one. Since it was used I couldn't set it up and spent hours with tech support. Once operational it has worked well.

      This is a good router however there's a huge reliability issue. The modem/router frequently reboot without warning even after multiple reset.

      If I'm lucky it takes 15 minutes to login to configuration screen. It takes several minutes to change screens once you do get logged in.
