I drink this tea every night before bed. I actually bought it because I had a really bad cold. I now drink it all the time. I really wish I had been told how good it is. I will continue to use it and drink iy everyday.

This is my favorite chamomile, I love the honey and vanilla. This tea is perfect differently doesn't need any sugar. I love having it after dinner and it helps me not to snack.
