I made kimchi pancakes (kimchi fritters) with this and it was perfect for this recipe because it is shredded! On its own, it is not too spicy and has a good texture.

I liked that this had a nice spicy kick (but not too spicy). The small/thin shape of this kimchi made it easy to add as a topping to spice up my rice bowl for lunch!

Love this spicy kimchi so much!! The more finely shredded veggies makes it perfect to put on anything (and less messy!). I also eat it straight from the jar!
