Me and my husband drink this tea nightly before bed and it's so delicious! It's called ‘caramel', but I would say it has more of a spiced flavor- almost like a chai! Which we love. Very relaxing and soothing before bedtime. Add some local honey and a dash of cream and it's a perfect bedtime treat!

Super yummy tasting! Just enough sweetness from the Stevia and no bitterness. Good amount of Caramel taste. Almost has a slight, but pleasant, Banana-like taste. I brew one bag in 4 ounces of Water, which is perfect!

i love that it helps me to go to sleep and stay asleep. i have insomnia, and use the restroom all night long. and I can go back to sleep when drinking this tea. totally love it.
