Betty Crocker Super Moist Carrot Cake Mix, 15.25 oz This cake mix is moist and has good taste. To me it tasted like ginger bread, I baked it and put no icing on it. It was good like that as well, yes I would recommend it.

Always keep one of these mixes in the pantry. We like to add a can of pure pumpkin purée and 1/3 cup sugar to the mix. Tastes great, improves the texture and adds some fiber and nutrients. Yumm!
