Frozen items in the order had to be discarded upon delivery and receipt as they were no longer frozen.

I was overcharged for 1 small pkg of rolls. $11 for the roll and another $10 for shipping. This is terrible. Total of $21 for a small pkg of rolls. Plus they are supposed to be frozen. They were put in a shipping box and arrived thawed out. I don't think I want to be a member anymore.

I didn't want this substitution, Ever! If the rolls I ordered are unavailable, do not ever substitute with this junk! Yuck!
