Pepper is a great staple in our diet, but due to my sensitivity to black pepper, indigestion and colon problems because of the strength and this white pepper is best for delicate diet sensitive stomachs.

I love the warm taste of ground white pepper! It's pricier than black pepper, but it's the only option to get that taste.
