    I only buy chunk light tuna in water. Tuna in oil has to be rinsed to be palatable, and I think white tuna tastes drier than chunk light. The hubby and I have half a can of tuna atop a big salad for lunch at least 3 times per week; it's high in protein, plus fish is supposed to be good for hear...

    This has become my favorite brand. I rarely have to pick out bones or scales and so I feel like I get more for my money. FYI...if you don't already, rinse the tuna before you make tuna salad. I can't get enough!
