So I was pleasantly surprised how good this was. I'm not a fan of almond flour at all, but this has a good chocolate taste. I threw in some roasted pecans and used avocado oil. Would be great w some vanilla keto ice cream. Will buy again.

Nutrition label doesn't list allulose, which is also deducted to find net carbs. I haven't tried these yet, but don't let poor nutrition label information keep you from trying it.

I've tried both varieties and loved both. They are perhaps a little high in carbs for strict keto, but not too bad. Like all keto foods, they are not cheap. Wish my local Walmart carried them in the store. Some people think the sweetener used in these spikes their appetite, but they don't aff...
