Worked great for the beginnings of a cold and actually tastes good. Bought this because I am a Type 1 Diabetic and when I get a cold pretty much EVERYTHING other than Diabetic Tussin says to consult a doctor if you have diabetes and Ive always found that Diabetic Tussin doesnt really work for me....

I like this tea and the fact it has elderberry and echinacea . When I feel like I'm coming down with a cold I always take the Elderberry syrup and this tea is a plus for me..

I think I would use this type of hot tea for on the go to help my immune system
