I had high hopes for this product. Thank goodness I tasted it before serving. It tastes just like cherry cough syrup. I don't taste jalapeño or cranberry. Would not recommend.

Purchased this to pour over a block of cream cheese, as it shows in the suggestion photos. We love sweet %26 spicy foods, so thought this would be a winner for an appetizer. WRONG!! This stuff is terrible. It has the most artificial cranberry taste that stays in your mouth for hours despite all attempts at getting the flavor out of your mouth. Do not recommend.

I've tried it twice but it wasn't any better the second time. To me it tastes like cough syrup. And I was hoping for a little bit of heat but that wasn't happening either. Some people like it but it just wasn't for me.

When I opened the jar, I thought to myself it smells like cough syrup. I should have tasted before wasting my cream cheese. It was awful, tasted like cough syrup. Maybe a bad batch, who knows. I will not be trying this again.
