Best item for the price you pay, It rotates perfectly and you can hold your grip at ease. I use it with a 100-150 pound resistance on my machine and it has a smooth movement Don't loon for anything fancier thinking it would work better, it about effectiveness and this product is right on the mone...

Great deal, great price. I'v been using this item for two weeks now and have seen some growth in my triceps. I'm able to add more weight to the machine for tricep push downs as opposed to the rope because of the grip. Perfect addition to any home gym. God bless Walmart.

Does exactly what it was designed to do, no issues with function. The finish is not uniformly shiny, but I didn't buy it to admire it. If the finish is important to you maybe consider a more expensive bar that will do the same thing, but look better doing it. For the price, can't be beat!!
