As an instructor these bands are one of my go-to pieces of equipment I use in my classes. NOTE: I do actually remove the center rubber piece to allow the band to be doubled easier.

I am 84 with bad back and substituted bands for resistance. I developed my own program for using the bands and my back problem is has greatly diminished. was it the bands - I don't know - but there is great improvement in my helth.

Very useful device for very simple resistance exercises. I bring it with me during my walks and spend 10 minutes during the walk to do three simple exercises. The pdf user guide and the videos in the Fit for Life App are very useful
