My residents really enjoyed the pictures but we had to use markers instead of the watercolor paints that were included with the package. The numbers show through the paint and the paint does not soak in to the paper but rather lays on top of the paper and runs.

Paper is glossy cardboard, not watercolor paper. Paints are not numbered. Therefore difficult for cognitively impaired users. Brushes are the cheap plastic ones.

Paints should be numbered to correspond with the painting. As a color blind person and TBI victim, a color capable person is no always around to number the paints according to the color key.

We go through a lot of this product, everyone of our patients enjoy this product so much we have a hard time getting them to do other things. That's not a bad thing, we all need to be creative and express that side of us. Even staff gets involved and paints too. We love these.
