This item works extremely well. It also arrived on time. I did so happen to be one of the many customers to have one item missing in the box, but I got in contact with customer service and they overnight shipped the part. So not only is this item exceptional, their customer service is as well.

The press wouldn’t swing the way it’s supposed to. I was super stiff. When I reached out to customer support for assistance, there response was to hit a with a hammer to loosen it up and get it apart. That didn’t work btw. I wouldn’t buy this brand again

I have had nothing but trouble with this heat press. The temperature is is uneven, the plate won’t stay tightened, the head shifts really bad if you try to tighten to much.
