This is same as any stick down floor tile but looks like wood. I like it and am sure it would look great down but my husband wants something thicker. It's well worth its cost.

I'm 1/2 way done installing it. Very easy to cut to size. I painted my floor prior. I recommend renting a waighted roller and possibly vinyle floor spray adhesive for extra stick. I see a few tiles curl up ever so slightly that I have to push back down. I am happy with my purchase. Look...
