I've wasted an entire roll of the Dymo labels made for this machine on trying to print one label. Prints are always off. Huge waste of money and energy, and reflects poorly on our business.

Loved, until they did an update that doesn't allow for generic labels (which are half the cost of course), so now when I print....I get blank labels, the printed label printed on two labels and then more blank labels...so 15 labels are now trash. You guys suck for doing this. Looking into a diff...

THE most dependable. Worth the xtra $$. I had a $150 one before which did work just fine until it didn't; then I couldn't get it to work with my new computer. Hooked up the DYMO and bam, I was back in business!!! That was a year ago.

I've seen some of the reviews and frankly I'm confused! I've had mine for several years and use it to print labels for both my business and personal use and it has never jammed or given me any other issues.
