i give this litter pan to every person that adopts a cat or kitten. kittens can easliy get in and out of this litter box.

Great for kittens early use would need extra large for cats/multiple cats. I don't know if there is a design without a hood that would result in no litter, urine, stools outside the box. The best feature is the material that made for easy removal and change out.

Fairly large litter box. The only issue is if your cat likes to kick the litter, it will not trap it. Works for holding more shallow litter (about an inch deep). Great for a kennel/short term. My 12 pound cat can hardly get her whole body into this litter box. I think the description "large" is not quite accurate. Otherwise, it is as described.

Its smaller than it appears in this photo. But I have a few stray cats so I guess I'll keep it. Best bet if you need a truly large box is to go get an oil pan that's made for a car.
