It didn't work properly even right out of the box, and it froze every time i tried to watch the slideshows.

Was easy to set up but the screen had a very poor quality picture. Also the memory stick I bought didn't fit in the USB port, it was a little too long. We returned it.

The frame did not come with a memory card nor with a USB cord for easy uploading. When I finally did finagle a method for getting the pictures into the frame, it was in no way user-friendly and I could not even get the pictures to go the same way. I only have one negative thing to say- I am very surprised that this product does not give you the option of using an SD card. I'd like to be able to take the card straight from my camera and insert it, rather than load the pictures onto my computer, then take them back off again. Other then that...
