You Have To Remove (and Save) The Green Plastic Cap So The Valve In Nozzle Can Slide In And Out. Then Twist Green Neck to Push Nozzle down.

I do not like the new style nozzle. Fuel would not come out of the nozzle for me. Yes I removed the green cap and installed the nozzle. But the twist and push method described did not release fuel.
