It came with everything to install, which was really easy. It also included a guide to assist in installation. The screen protector doesn't affect screen sensitivity. It does have a black trim around it, which I probably could have done without.

It was very easy to put on. The directions were clear and easy to understand. So far so good with the screen protector on. It does sometimes make it hard to use the finger print to access things. But other then that overall great screen protector.
