I didn't like cooking chicken with skin on any of my previous gas grills....always flamed up and burned....no flare up with the tru infrared system. Steaks "mark" and cook very quickly ! ...and pizza on the grill is fantastic (pre-heated hot) cooked on low...lobster tails, shrimp, fish, lamb chop...

I love this grille. Bought the 2 burner grille, just my wife and I but will cook for as many as 6-8 people. Easy to keep clean, and cooks quick with no chance of flare ups.
