The stick is nice and convenient to use. You could remotely click record for videos using the controller. It's easy to set up and fits almost all phones. I use it too record my gym sessions.The remote video record feature only works on newer phones (post 2017). Also not very stable at full extens...

Wow! This piece of equipment is so sleek looking while folded up. I bought it in white. It opens to a very well made selfie stick with ability to be a tripod. Very sturdy. Very easy to work with. Just follow the directions, which are real clear. I am really impressed with this selfie stick/tripod.
