The heat intensity is so extreme you can't cook on this gas stove. Unable to reduce the heat. The minute you try to cook it burns. A total waste of money. Will never use again.

I'm echoing everyone else here. It burns WAY too hot. It's really good for certain things (steaks, smaller burgers, boiling) but other than that it's hard to use without burning or charring food.

Burns way too hot. In order to not burn our breakfast, I had to turn the gas down so low the flame kept going out.

I like the deisign but it burns way too hot, even turned all the way down where burner is almost out.
