Modem does exactly what it is supposed to do, i.e., it replaced a modem provided by the cable company that I was forced to rent. Installation was easy - it was up and running in less than 5 minutes and it has worked perfectly since the install.

Comcast activated this modem with no problem for phone service in Fitchburg MA. Exactly what we needed!! Tech said it was quality equipment. Saved $13 a month rental fee.

replaced a rented modem from optimum...same model as rental....easy to install....just call optimum to register your modem,and your on your way to saving $10.00 a month...will pay for itself in less than a year....absolute no brainer
