The plastic grommets are being torn out from the cover flapping in the wind. They should have been installed into a leather panel or leather reinforced panel. The cover material tears easily.

Easy to put on and remove. With two people it is even easier. Good material. Quite heavy and sown well. I think it's a good buy. Don't know about water proof, we actually keep the car in a car port.
