So far so good. Appears to be good quality and sturdy. The crank functions smoothly. Would have needed the ceiling bracket for our application but it was not available. I would recommend this product. And, the on sale price was great!

We really like the awning. Installation was fairly straightforward.. though the last few steps are missing in the instructions. Also we could not get it to roll up square so it kept popping the plastic covers off the end of the front rail due to the cloth shifting... but I just threw them away ...
