I cant run or download any file. it told me when I initially start the computer to activate windows, but it never gave me that prompt. I need it for school but it wont work properly I am going to return the produce.

Worked well for a few days--then 4 keys on keyboard failed to work--tech support said major overhaul would be required, so instead, returned laptop Wal-Mart--return was easy--just ordered another refurb laptop, and am expecting better results

So far so good!! I regret that it didn't have Bluetooth on it. Plus, when I used the skype the camera stopped working on my end.
