This is my first double ended bag. It is well built. I ve used every day and it's held air the whole week or so. If you want to learn to box and increase hand speed this is the way. I love this thing. Get one and get this kind of bag, Ringside.

I think this is a good training item for kids and adults who want to learn how to punch.

It comes with solid rubber strap cord as opposed to traditional bungie, while the rubber straps will probably outlast the bag and the bungies would fail first, the action on the bag is not as nice as off a bungie
