These night stands are good for the price. They are not heavy duty and can not withstand a lot of weight. You have to be careful when screwing in the screws, because the wood will split if not careful.

We bought 2 of these - one was damaged in assembly even though it was assembled by a bit of a pro. :(

This fell apart as I was putting it together--the metal parts bent and broke and the plywood was brittle. I have put together a lot of furniture but have never had anything crack and break on me like this.
