What a wonderful pan! Nothing seems to stick to the surface and it is easy to clean with a sponge and warm water. No lid but the one from my old pan works perfectly. I highly recommend this pan and it arrived two days early!

This is the most non-stick cook ware I have ever used. I also have two of the chef skillets and have used them extensively. I love them and reccommend them to all my friends and anyone that will listen to me. Great product.

These are the best pans I've ever used. Truly non-stick even on medium high, sturdy and easy to clean. Tossed out all scratched up Teflon pans.
