Works great. Online you can find plenty of uses for this device. I particularly like to roll my back over it. It's like giving myself a chiropractic adjustment and massage at the same time.

I have a love/hate relationship with this roller. It works very well and does its job. But oh, man, it hurts. I'm saying this after going on very long runs and being very sore. Rolling around on the floor on this thing is very effective but be prepared for pain.

I had the Old version of this Foam roller, It cracked due to being hollow in the middle. But I purchased this new one, it has supports inside it.
