This was my first baitcaster I ever bought and it was definitely one of the best the rod it's self is indestructible, it's been through alot and still going strong. The reel is very nice too very smooth casting . Overall a great baitcast combo to buy

Really like this combo for Calico bass fishing from my waverunner. Easy to cast one handed. Just love the Ugly Stik!
