We've had this keypad for 3 years and have been very happy with it. However, the batteries now need to be changed. I've tried several allen wrench sizes, phillips and flat heads trying to remove the back in order to change the battery. So far, I'm having a heck of a time finding the correct tool....

Installed meticulously following instructions and template. Lock has broken internals and won't lock/unlock even when the screw starts are loosened.
