I've had this one for 3 years and have been pleased with it's reliability. It freezes the kids out in the lower level of our houseboat. I do wish it was easier to find replacement parts (hose, window slides, etc.)

I've owned my air conditioner about 3 years, it did help with the heat until recently, maybe just time for a new one. I'm not sure what square footage this model covered, overall this only cooled an area of my living room, but since it was just me it was okay. I have open concept apartment.
