Love this thing bought the first one for my mother she has trouble standing in her shower. this works wonders she can sit and clean her self, I liked it so much that I got one for my bathroom and it is so nice to have the different settings. even my husband likes it and he does not like change.

It works great. I originally was concerned that the water flow would be too low for my taste, but I was wrong. It uses less water and still gets the job done. The warranty is great but I won't really know, until the time comes to use it, if they will actually honor it.
