Very good gun to start. I have about 10 nerf guns now and this is good for practicing how to shoot and increase your aim and movement. Would recommend but these bullets hurt so you should buy something where he can shoot to not hurt anyone.

It's the only nerf gun that my little kids can use without assistance. They are able to pull it and shoot by themselves. Which allows them to have more fun and sneak shoot mom and dad.
