I bought this house for a very smart toddler for her birthday. It was fairly easy to put together myself and seemed very sturdy. The instructions aren't detailed but they don't really need to be. The birthday girl loved it!! Highly recommend!

I drive semi trucks so to see my daughter wanting a truck like mine to hitch her teeny house to her tractor is amazing. I prefer the BILT APP over the paper manual. The digital download shows the exact pieces and where to screw as well with how to place to toy as you assemble.
