I had no idea that this wig would give my son so much fun! It is pretty much the same color as his hair so he adored it immediately. It is better made than I thought it would be and has an attached bandana and some beading in the dreads on one side- nice touch.

The Pirate Wig went on easily and looked great. It was a bit clunky and heavy but considering it will only be worn for a short time I think it will be fine. What can I say other than I am fascinated with all the Pirate's movies and with JD. When I saw this my heart skipped a beat. If I had it weeks ago it would have been on my head as I was glued to Court TV. The wig is so authentic looking and well made. The jewelry hanging from it, make it. Love it!

It would work for a basic pirate costume but it is really too short for the Captain Jack Sparrow look. It was packaged with a hairnet so it wouldn't get tangled. That was a plus. It has the overall Sparrow look but should be longer. I think you can find a truer Sparrow wig elsewhere. Good for kids!
