Had to order another side panel that was badly damaged and there are some dings in other places that I guess that I have to keep it to avoid the hassle of returning after just about assembling the entire grill. Not satisfied with their quality control and inspection process prior to shipping.

Shipping was on time. Packaged grill was in very good condition. Opening instruction was very easy to understand.
