I purchased this costume for my 2 year old daughter and we just love it!! It is just adorable on and the headband is just right for my little one. I was extremely pleased with my purchase.

the headband is a little stiff, but the dress is absolutely adorable. my daughters size is usually anywhere from 2T-3T and the 2T fit her great. its a very stretchy material, so i dont have to worry about an uncomfortable fit. the headband is decorated in glitter, so it does make a bit of a mess ...

The Elmo costume looks really cute but the headband is a little too heavy for a 2 year old to comfortably wear & keep on her head. When I received the dress, Dorothy (the fish decoration) was stuck together & would not come apart without ripping, so we ended up returning it.

This is very cute but very cheap (it's a Halloween costume) My 2 year old daughter couldn't wear the head band either. It was way to heavy and kept falling off.
