Barrel House Cooker 18C

Ive been cooking on a 14D for over a year and recently added the 18C. Both of these cookers are awesome! They are truly the easiest smokers i have ever used and yield terrific results every time. As close to "set it and forget it" as you can get with wood and charcoal.

This cooker works great. Is very easy to use and clean up is minimal. There is only one cook setting required and then you just walk away. It works great for ribs, turkey, tri tip, and reverse sear steaks. This is not a slow cook smoker it Cooks at a higher temperature than a WSM cooker.

I have had Barrel House cooker for 2 years now. I got one of the first 14 inch cookers. I have cooked chicken, pork AND beef ribs. tri tip steaks, an 18 pound turkey and a 12 pound prime rib! this is without a doubt the best BBQ/cooker I have ever owned !!!

Best purchase I've made. Very easy to maintain, cooks awesome meat, veggies, potato's almost anything. You can smoke, grill and BBQ with this. You can hang 8 racks of ribs with the hooks that come with it. Easily add wood chunks to the coals for awesome smoke flavor.

This is the easiest smoker I have ever owned! It is as close to set it and forget it as you will find! I have cooked ribs, whole chickens, pork butt, pork loin and brisket and they all come out amazing! Great smoker at a incredible price!
