my husband had his for less than a week it locked him out tried to go to iTunes n do reset wouldn't complete so we have to take to apple store 2 hours away or have them resend another which will take 4 days n he needs for work not impressed

Everything was fine it is just that for some reason this product doesn't come with the headphone Jack that it should as much money as I paid I could have gotten everything it is supposed to come with some where else.
