Do not recommend. 1 and 1 week yr after purchase the reservoir broke and leaked 5 gal water on my carpet . The warranty was out by 1 week and the company would do nothing. They said "it happens sometimes" and that I had to buy a new one. I won't be buying this brand!

Do not order anything from this company. We bought a unit and it atarted leaking within a few months. After putting up a fight they agreed to send us a new unit. They sent us a completely different, lower quality unit. Stay away from this conpany

No Hot water option! I got a unit and then a replacement unit both with cold water and room temperature options - no coffee for two weeks and now I need to repack and ship back both or get charged - beware!

Bottom compartment perfectly fits the 5 gallon jug. After 10 mins of it being on I tried the cold and hot water both worked! Great and efficient if you are trying to save space!
