It looks like these are run with two button batteries. Most button batteries carry a warning that they are deadly if ingested and could kill you within two hours if swallowed. I'm surprised that something that goes in your mouth would be powered by 2 dangerous button batteries.

The mouth piece lights are very bright and fun to use. It's only for adults mouth. The mouth piece fits well in the mouth. Like perfect fit. Rubber makes it comfortable but it's smelly! Like paint...I'd suggest cleaning it before putting it in your mouth.
