This isn't an extremely difficult workout, but it does move rather fast if you are not familiar with the moves. I really like this workout because I can already feel results. I would recommend this workout dvd to my friends and family.

After doing the yoga burn and ab workout (total of 30 minutes) for 3 days, I began to see results. This is exciting!

This workout is great. I love all the Denise Austin workouts especially the yoga ones. This one is very challenging and has a few moves that are really difficult but I am looking forward to continue so that one day I can perform them all with ease. I would highly recommend this one!

I have another yoga for stretching and wanted something for toning and conitioning. I like Denise Austin's other DVD's and this one didn't let me down. Talk about body burn! Great for someone without a lot of time but wants results! 4 seperate workouts you can do together or seperate or customize...
