I use this video every day with the cardio max one. I look forward to doing this one after cardio max...only because....its not as intense...obviously because it is just sculpting. But you really feel it later in your muscles. I have noticed great results and i've been doing them both for 3 weeks...

I love this product! You get an awesome workout for a minimum amount of time. It is also nice to see real people doing these exercises. As someone who is just getting serious about losing weight and getting into shape, I know that if I can do this workout, anyone can. I would recommend it to anyone.
